I changed my forum colour to the alternate one(can't remember what it was called) instead of the default green one and it is a lovely blue that matches the background that you picked.

Glad you thought the idea was a good one! I'd hate to have put my foot in my mouth! lol

Ok I found a few images I like but let me know what you guys think. Jade might need you to run around and play with the forum too so that it will match :)

The two blue back grounds (paws and then the very back one) are going to be kept for sure. I have to work on taking off the borders for the picture. I might have to ask Casper to help with that. Then again I have an idea for a new banner.

I have thought the same thing. I think Casper was going for a fall type look with the colors. While I am at it I think I am going to try to beat it into being centered.

I would change the colour of the main page...the yellowish brown colour is kind of depressing looking and if it was something a bit cheerier, it might peak the interest of people more.
I know that when I'm looking around I am interested in sites that have great logos and brighter colours...makes it look more enthusiastic....do any of you know what I mean? I feel like I'm babbling! lol

Hope you don't mind, I just would like to help bring more people into the game.

Maybe we could allow other animals for members who have been here a certain amount of time and who have an established kennel? That way people don't join and create a big ass stables of horses and cows and goats right off the bat.

If we wanted to take that further, we could give 1/2 DF points to the non-canine animals and full DF points to the dogs :)
